Workshop at Champneys
Come and make Bath Bombs and an Aromatherapy Pulse Oil at a Workshop at Champneys Springs.
Wednesday 18 March, 5-6.30pm at Champneys Springs, near Ashby de la Zouch.
Bath bombs offer a range of benefits beyond just turning your bathwater a fabulous color. They help you relax, and leave your skin soft. They can also:
- Moisturise: leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated
- Gentle cleansing: As they can help remove dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling cleansed
- Relaxation and stress relief: Choose essential oils to help calm you – they’ll also make your bathroom smell like a spa!
Pulse point oils are essential oil blends designed to be applied to areas where blood vessels are close to the skin—like the wrists, temples, neck, and behind the ears. These spots help diffuse the aroma more effectively due to body heat.
In this workshop we’ll learn about the properties of certain essential oils, then blend them together to make bath bombs and a pulse oil.
