Please allow 5 working days for dispatch, although we try to post as fast as possible. We use Royal Mail 2nd class, Yodel and other couriers so delivery times will vary according to the courier.
At the moment we only send goods within the UK.
Returns
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We can’t accept returns for goods which have been used, but will do for unused items. Buyer pays return postage.
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Recall
If a product needs to be recalled and we have your contact details as you ordered via our website, then we will contact you to arrange a return and refund.
We will also post batch numbers for the recalled products on our social media and website. If your product has those batch numbers written on the packaging then please contact us for a refund.
