Our Lavender and Bergamot soap with Shea butter is a classic to help you go to sleep. Use before bed and the essential oils will help you relax and unwind. We’ve named this soap Slumber for this reason!

Lavender is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and a well known sleep aid. It kills bacteria so is ideal for healing acne-prone skin, and is also beneficial for reducing eczema due to its anti-fungal properties.

Bergamot is a calming scent which helps you relax and can reduce tension and anxiety.

Lavender essential oil benefits

Lavender essential oil is the GOAT of relaxation oils, it’s the go-to choice for bedtime routines, especially if you need some help to go to sleep. Why is this? It helps to reduce cortisol levels which in turn calms the body. It’s also helpful to improve low mood and reduce anxiety.

Bergamot essential oil benefits

Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the peel of the Citrus bergamia fruit, is well-known as the scent in Earl Grey tea! It also blends well with Neroli as it also helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression, and can also calm irritated skin and reduce redness or swelling.

Lavender and Bergamot soap contains: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Sunflower Oil, Lavender + Bergamot Essential oils, Purple + Gold Mica, Rosemary extract.

Ingredients:
Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Olivate, Sodium Sheabutterate, Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Mangoseedate, Sodium Sunflowerseedate, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil, Mica CI 77019, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 77742, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, D-Limonene, Linalool, (Dl)-Limonene, Geraniol.

Free of nasties, additives and palm oil, vegan and not tested on animals, our soaps are as natural as we can make them. Each soap is hand cut and weighs approx 90g.

We use Essential Oils and a lot of moisturising butters (Shea and Mango) in our soaps which is why they are highly moisturising and kind to your hands.  So you should need to use less hand cream every day. Your hands should also feel softer and less dry. They also smell and look good!

Warnings

For external use only, avoid direct eye contact. Not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
